Googlebase is a Good way of advertising your items, for WFA. Here is a small Help File to help you Upload your own Items to googlebase. IF at anytime you need Help, OR you need someone to do this for you for a price, Please email us admin@wildfyerauctions.com And someone will Do it for you. We do not charge to Help you, but we will charge if you need your items uploaded by us to googlebase. Make sure you Have a google base Or Gmail account first off. Login to your googlebase account. You will see 2 Tabs, My Items and settings. You want to click on Settings. Then you will need to do the following: Put in your Display name and your description for your store. Your website url is optional but its good to put in your WFA store there. You can change ur time and display language if u want. Primary contact email should be there, if not put in ur registered Gmail address Notifications i have set on "some errors" Target Country would be the default USA unless you are elsewhere in the world. Edit your contact, payment, and Expire time Information. Expire time should be set to 31 days. And then Press Save changes. Click on My Items. Then click on Datafeed. This is where you hold off until you Fix up your Googlebase Import File. You go to your Example File, Open it with Excel (right click on file open with microsoft Excel) It is Tab Deliminated so it will ask you questions, press next once then finish. Then you will see 5 columns with text in them. | id | title | description | link | price | condition | image_link | quantity | | 1 | Your Title of your item will go Here | Your description of your item will go here | The link or URL to your item will go here, To find your Link, Click on your store, view other items, click on item and up top in your URL bar, get ur url and paste it here | The buy it now price of your item will go here | New or Used goes here | Your image link will go here, go to the item in general, the big picture right click and Copy image URL , paste that here, or if u have the image elsewhere paste the URL here. | The quantity of your items. | | 2 |

ALL COLUMNS HAVE TO BE FILLED IN, BY COLUMN AND ROW. Your Id has to go in sequence, doesn't matter how many items you have , make sure its in sequence, 1, 2, 3, and so on. When you are done filling out all your stuff, You click on save as, and u want to save it as Text (tab Deliminated) preferably to your desktop. This is the file we want to import, Now you go back to your "my items" click on data feeds, Make new data Feed. Select the type of item in your data feed: I use Products as a selection. Then in the datafeed name, Name it exactly what you named your Tab deliminated file. IF you named it example.txt, that is what u name ur datafeed. It has to be exactly the same as what you named your text file. Click on Register Data feed. Next you will see a File that says "yourname.txt" then right next to it , it says upload, Click on manual Upload file, find your tab deliminated file and press ok. Then it will say processing. Give it at least 10 minutes to process, If u want to see how it is doing click on details. It should be a success if you have done it right.
IF you need us to Upload it for you, there will be a $10.00 Charge for 100 items and under, and $20.00 for items 200-500, $25.00 for 500 or more.
